Nolia is serving both classic southern flavors as well as imaginative and unconventional twists on familiar staples.

Chef Jeff Harris’ menu is inspired by his upbringing in New Orleans. The atmosphere, the food, and the hospitality are all inspired by those trips to the candy lady, corner store meals, and travels throughout the south—from Texas to the Carolinas.
